Three steps to your next direction
1. Get clear
Free 15-minute introductory call. We talk about where you are and what you believe is currently missing in your life. I explain how I work, so you can decide if it feels right for you.
2. Get guidance
50-minute guided reading. When more analysis hasn't produced an answer, I look elsewhere. I do an intuitive reading drawing on the Akashic Records, a tradition holding that guidance about your path can be accessed beyond the thinking mind. You receive impressions and questions that help you see your situation from a new angle. You don't need to believe in it, just be curious and bring a notebook.
3. Turn it into action
25-minute integration call, about 7–10 days later. We translate what came up into concrete next steps you can act on. Optional: continue working together.

Hi, my name is Eino Richard, though I've gone by Richard all my life.
Where does Eino come from, and why does that matter?
It's a Finnish name. My mum moved from Finland to Austria, and my parents gave me the name in homage to her father, Eino-Petter. A few years ago I started to embrace it more fully, in my life and in my work, because it's part of who I am. And that's also what this work is about: coming back to what has always been yours.For almost 30 years I worked in financial services: broker, consultant, trainer, sales and business development, and managing director of a local entity. These were environments that demanded strategic decisions and operational clarity, as well as the ability to navigate the personal side of change. I've always been drawn to the place where structure meets intuition.For most of my life I tried to think my way to the next step. At work, better analysis was the answer to most problems. I applied the same approach to the rest of my life without ever questioning it, and then somewhere in my 40s it stopped working.I'd been exploring a spiritual path since 2008, and what struck me most was that guidance from beyond the thinking mind came far more easily than anything I worked out intellectually. When I interpreted it without my ego getting in the way, it showed me the next step.In 2023 that path led me to train as an Akashic Records reader, a way of receiving that kind of guidance, and helping others do the same. And as I did it next to my day job, I always showed up in the white shirt I wore for work. That's how I became "the reader in the white shirt".Today I help men in their 40s and 50s who feel lost or flat, although life looks fine, to find their direction again, with clarity, honesty and a bit more ease. I don't hand you answers. I help you see your situation from a different vantage point, so your own next step becomes clearer.

What is an Akashic Records reading?
The Akashic Records are described as an energetic space that holds the history of your soul. In a reading I connect to it and receive guidance for your highest good at this moment, shared as impressions, images and questions. The aim is to help you get unstuck and see your next step.
Do I have to believe in it?
No. You need to be curious and open. What matters is whether it's useful to you.
Is it a prediction?
No. It's not a psychic reading and you keep your free will. The guidance reflects where you stand today; if your perspective shifts, so can the guidance.
Can you prove it works?
No, and I won't claim otherwise. It can't be verified scientifically. What I can offer is my own experience and what clients tell me they found valuable.
Can you tell me whether to leave my job or my partner?
No. I offer perspective, not decisions. Those stay yours.
What will I get out of it?
New perspectives and concrete next steps, not predictions or guarantees. In the integration call we turn what came up into actions.
Is this therapy or medical advice?

How do I prepare?
Bring a notebook and a quiet space. You don't need a specific question. In the intro call we'll talk about what you believe is missing in your life, and that's enough.
What does it cost?
$225 for the full process: the reading and the integration call. The 15-minute intro call is free. Introductory offer: $169 (25% off) for an initial period.
How are sessions held?
Online via Google Meet, in English. Everything you share is treated confidentially.
What if nothing comes up?
If nothing has shifted after about two weeks, I offer a complimentary 30-minute follow-up reading. The integration call then takes place 7–10 days later. I don't offer refunds, but I'll make sure you get value from the process.
